Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. small babies crying because of gas in stomach It is quite natural small babies will be having lot of gas and there will be pain in stomach also please do burping of the baby after feeding give Colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe medicine
