Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy2 years agoA. Hai good evening !! No ... As baby is 7 months old breast milk or formula milk is suggested along with semi solids twice a day.
Fruits and vegetables, puriees, mashes, cerelac, sooji, Dalia, oats porridge...
Cow, buffalo, packet milk is not suggested for Babies below one year because below one year babies can't digest animals milk.
If you are not enough lactating then introduce formula milk until one year..
