#asktheexperts she is having redness around her cheeks,chin and mouth. skin became dry, what should I apply?

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Is it only redness or looks like rashes. This may be due to spit up milk or drooling. Daily wipe the baby chin and area around mouth, cheeks and neck with warm water using a soft cotton cloth twice. If the rash looks very reddish, cracked and painful please consult your pediatrician. Otherwise if it's mild and for the redness u can apply little coconut oil(pure one). This will ease the irritation and suppress further infection.
