ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician7 months agoA. Hello parents,good morning any temperature above 100f is a fever.no need of medication if temperature is below 100f.give paracetamol medicine if temperature is above 100f.continue with the exclusive breast feed to baby.
