So that doctor can decide appropriate investigation and radiological test if needed . You may make proper video then consult to near by hospital. It is very early and difficult for me to comment at this moment

Its Like a pimple so instead of doing anything on your own on this area I am just going to advise you to kindly consult your paediatrician or an eye specialist would definitely be a better choice to go for you please consult your doctor ones will advise you with the correct medicines to go for
