#asktheexperts Sept 10th my baby is going to be 1 year old. how should I introduce cow milk and please help me with tips to help my baby with constipation

After one year you can introduce animal milk to the child by adding 20 to 30% of water into that as that is going to make it like an easy for the child to accept and digest and you can give it in the form of milkshakes and smoothies and avoid giving feeding bottle if you have not introduced it till now using a lid on a glass or a mug disposable straw
