A. it can be because of a many causes mama firstly it can be because of a hormonal disturbance if you have delivered a baby recently or if you are having PCOD problem or if you are having thyroid problem so you need to get it observed from the doctor first what exactly your problem is you must start doing some physical exercises as it is very helpful in getting hormonal balance
