try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops frequently for nasal blockage, simple cough and cold. Indirect steam is helpful.
For cold you can give drops wikoryl AF 0.5 ml to the child 2-3 times per day. s
This may due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes and temperature variations .z
If fever is present give paracetamol.

Elevating your baby’s head with the help of a pillow helps the mucus flow out, thereby opening up the nasal passage.
Keeping your baby hydrated is important, more so when she’s down with a cold. Fluids dilute the mucus and relieve stuffiness in the nose. You can also feed warm and unsweetened apple juice and chamomile tea without honey if she’s older than 6 months.
