ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 days agoA. dear parent, babies lose weight after birth, which they regain in 15 days. thereafter baby shud gain at least 500 gms of weight per month on an average. for healthy weight gain, u shud exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete.
