my child is 2y7m old , having cough since a week now.
Dr. gave cough syrup plus an antibiotic syrup. But found zero relief.
Also using nebulizer.
main thing is the coughing starts during her sleep time and very disturbing sleep due to coughing. please suggest something else except medicine. rather using medicine what should we do now to her.

recurring and non resolving cough and cold is commonly due to allergy and less likely due to infection. can be due to either allergy or infection or both. along with cough and cold medicine nebulization will be requiredx and your doctor will guide you regarding this. take a follow up with your doctor if the cough and cold is not improving with 3 days of medicationx .
it is very important to give proper inhaler as well as proper method of nebulization for better recovery
