Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. it is very common that children may not take fruits.
what you can do is you can start with juices extracted from the fruits. it always has to be in small quantity which can be increased gradually. also you may cut the fruits in a platter and the child may develop interesting different colours of the fruits. you can also make fruit salad. it is important that you should also consume the fruits (at the same time) along with the child to develop and interest.

Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Speak to your doctor for further advice
