A. to wean your baby from the habit of drinking milk before bed, it is important to establish a consistent and calming bedtime routine. gradually reduce the amount of milk offered each night, replacing it with a small snack or extra cuddle time. encourage good sleep hygiene practices, such as dimming the lights and reading a bedtime story, to signal to your baby that it is time to sleep. it may also be helpful to offer a comforting alternative, such as a pacifier or a favorite blanket, tof help your baby self-soothe without relying on milk. remember to be patient and understanding as your baby adjusts to this new routine, and seek advice from a pediatrician if needed. f
