#asktheexperts my son was born on 17/08/2021. he was born preterm at 35weeks 2kg weight. He is now weighing 8kg. how to gain weight,what diet should I give He is taking 1small bowl khichdi twich dailY,1.5scoop cerelac twice daily,rest on breastfeeding. please suggest.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi your child weighs absolutely fine. nothing to worry. so please continue with whatever you give ,but just avoid giving outside food items , prepare cerelac at home with different pulses and nuts. it is more healthy,safe and hygienic too.
