first of all meet your doctor and get the weight of the child assessment done. 
if the weight gain of the child is within normal limits as well as the urine output is normal then do not worry about the feeding pattern, the sleeping pattern and the crying pattern of the child. 
your doctor is the best person to tell you whether any outside milk is required or not until that time kindly continue only breastfeeding.
continue exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age of the child  
take to child in sunlight in even if after that the child is not improving then meet your doctor

hello just make sure the baby is getting sufficient breast milk and if the bm is not sufficient then give infant formula milk using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug and babies sleep cycle can vary first few months and is absolutely nothing to worry not a problem
