Q.

#asktheexperts my son is 9 months old and his sleep schedule is varying very much specially at nights. How can i make him sleep easily and comfortable? Suggest some baby food receipe also. Thanks

A. Hello mom In starting for first year after birth it happens and with the time baby sleeping pattern get changed and normal. Now you have to give very small nap to your baby in daytime then only baby will start sleeping well during night. For next few days you can also start doing massage before baby go to sleep it will help baby to sleep well and for long hours
