Start giving supplement to the child and also you should give more of iron rich food and fruits to the child to balance the level of Iron apart from the other fruits vegetables the food that you gave is also going to help in meeting of other deficiencies in the body and that’s how the child is going to be more healthy I would recommend you to consult a nutritionist for a proper diet plan to follow
