RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl9 months agoA. Maxtra and Sinarist you can use both the medicines for forces for cough in the second one is for cold you can give it for 3 to 5 days and if the child is not better by the time of five days maximum in that case you can consult your doctor for further assistance
