My son is 19 months now. He doesn't sleep properly in the night. He has his evening nap between 3 pm and 6 pm then have a snack and play, we give him dinner around 9.30 pm (as we give him snack like dosa/porridge the evening) and put him to bed around 11.30 pm but he wakes up around 2 am and doesn't sleep till 6 am. He is still on BM too. Please advise.

A. As the evening is drawing near, give your child a few signals that bedtime is approaching:
Dim the lights in the house.
Engage in quiet play (no roughhousing).
Turn off screens.
Put on white noise in the background.
If you think your child has teething pain, ask your doctor if some medicine might help.
