#asktheexperts My son is 16 months old but still he gets up in the night very frequently at least 7-8 times. In day time he sleeps twice for 1-2 hours each. Is that the reason or hunger during night?

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. If you think your toddler might be overtired, try an earlier bedtime and make sure she's napping enough during the day. If you think she's waking at night because she's napping too much, try shortening her nap. Also make sure she's not napping too close to bedtime. Get gung-ho about the bedtime routine.
