A. Hello mom as per his age he can now be given usual foods made at home for the family , no much restrictions as such for them, whole eggs , dry fruits and nuts , variety of dals and legumes like chana , rajma , etc , milk , panner , ghee, stuff paranthas, whole grain and cereals ,
