Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. kindly applies zytee gel / dologel over the ulcer / paining area in the oral cavity.
you can use your finger to apply the gel and rotate the finger blindly in the oral cavity. do not worry about the ingestion of this gel.
this will only help in decreasing the pain as well as will help in faster healing. it is also adxvisable to start a multivitamin supplement after consulting the doctor for this problem.
give fluidxs / juices in diet to the child.
see that child is not suffering from constipation.
meet dr if not improving

For that it is going to be important to consult your paediatrician they will give you some medicine that your child has to take orally and that is what is going to be helpful because anyway since nothing can be applied in that area is better to check with your doctor for an oral medication
