#asktheexperts My son has started eating solid food but he has not reduced the quantity of formula milk which leads to gas problem. What to do? He eats solid food but still he is always asking for milk. How to reduce his milk consumption?

A. See maybe you’re not giving salt and spices to the child in the food which is why your child is more interested in having formula that you are giving because it is still having some flavours so right now usually introduce all the foods and also add salt and spices into the food that you gave and gas is common in this age
