#asktheexperts my son dont eat much. He was mainly on milk and now its difficult To change his this habit. Please suggest what best can be done ?

U Set the timing and amount of milk that you are going to give to the child after that don’t give milk to the child if your child is asking for milk offer food say this is lunchtime you will only get lunch if you want to eat it’s okay otherwise you’re not getting milk you will get it at 5 PM only you know try to do these things with the child
