#asktheexperts my son don't like to drink milk.. which food should be included in diet in order to get required calcium intake?

A. The best source of calcium is milk only and if baby does not drink cow or Buffalo milk, try feeding almond or soy milk. Or else, feed foods made from it like curd, buttermilk, cheese, paneer, custard, milkshakes with dry fruits, oats, smoothies, keep and other foods. Calcium present in these is very important for healthy growth and development of teeth and bones.
