#asktheexperts my son anmol is of 20 days and he is facing tight stool problem.we are feeding him with Nan pro formula milk twice in a day . kindly suggest what to do resolve constipation problem. or we have to change formula milk.

A. Add some fennel seeds into the water that you boil for making milk as that is going to help in keeping the stomach cool will help in easing the motion will help in better digestion and if needed you can ask your doctor to use a stool softener
