#asktheexperts My son 1 year old .Is is fine to give curd and suggest which food not be given.

A. hello yes you can give your child curds and infact the curds can be given for the child anytime after 6 months and it is absolutely safe to be given and curds is also rich in calcium and good for the growth of your baby also .. you can give it daily for the child
