Q.

#asktheexperts my son 1 year 11 months old not eating any food properly and he suffer from constipation very often please suggest me how to handle this

A. it is advisable to continue your efforts in feeding the child. many times it take more efforts from the parents to make the child eat nutritious food. so kindly go for different recipes and flavours which might improve the appetite of the child. At the same time it is also impordtant to meet your doctor to rule out nutritional deficiency which might be the cause oxf loss of appetite. Give juice fruits and water which will improve appetite and regular physical activity.

A. Hi mommy Healthy eating and drinking can help child feel better too And foods that are high in fibre are good for avoiding constipation. These foods include cereals fruits like papaya pear banana etc and vegetables Drinking plenty of water will also help baby avoid constipation and stay hydrated.
