If you want as of now for headache you can give paracetamol but just check what is the problem with the child as without that no solution can be provided if the child is constantly complaining about some headache then the normal things associated with that would be vision problem sometimes not taking proper sleep having a lot of screen time they could be multiple reasons associated with that so please figure out what’s the problem you need to see your doctor in the first place
