#asktheexperts my hb is 11.8 and 7 month of pregnancy almost done, is my hb too low for the condition? and if yes how to increase

Haemoglobin is actually very good right now I must tell you the normal is about 12 and 13 you have very good as per your term of pregnancy but still it would be good if you have more of iron which diet and take iron supplements as per doctors advice

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 2 m old boy1 month agoA. Hey! Yes, in this situation, Hb levels, definitely reduce . You need to check with your consulting gynaecologist for any kind of supplementation. Include fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables in your daily diet.
