#asktheexperts My grandchild is 5 years old and she is not having proper sleep at night. It's a tough job to make her sleep on time. Later she has nap at school. Teachers are complaining. Any suggestion please.

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy2 months agoA. hello should try to set a bedtime routine n follow the schedule n also make sure the child is tummy full so the child will be able to take it which is better n nothing to worry
