#asktheexperts My girl (10 year old)grinding teeth everynight during sleep. what is the reason? is it a big issue?

A. there multiple cause of teeth grinding (bruxism) due to abnormal alignment of the jaw, intense concentration or situational anxiety and stress, teething , dreams anxiegty, teething pain, digestion problem and gas, dental caries and dental pain. some times worms usually self limiting. meet your dr for more information
