ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. clenching of teeth during sleep is mainly due to teething or stress. as your child is 3 plus stress is likely the reason. make sure your child is happy during the day. spend maximum time with your child.

Hello ma’am If your child is basically you know just cracking the teeth all together and you know all those things then it could be a sign of the same so for that you may need to consult your doctor and get a medicine done for D warming. It is important to go for a proper check up before you go for any kind of medicine for the same
