#asktheexperts My daughter is fat she needs to reduce her weight so she is 66kg so please suggest a diet chart.

A. Hello dear parent, you should take her out for daily walk. Also make her do yoga and aerobics on daily basis. Give her balanced diet to eat. Give ghee butter cheese etc in limit. And also make her drink lots of water.
