#asktheexperts my daughter is 7 years old she is very constipated. she has umbilical hernia 2mm.

For hernia you have to check with your doctor maybe their child has to go for a minor surgery or maybe if it is helpful with medicine then go ahead with that apart from that for constipation I would advise you to give warm water in the morning and also some prune juice in the night before sleeping
