#asktheexperts my daughter is 3 years old...she is not able to speak and she is not eating food at all..

A. hi well ,for speaking ,I advise to talk with your child more and more. it will definitely help but do not force your child and never expect perfection from your child. for eating , I advise you to give food like soup , coconut water, ajwain water which helps to increase child's apetite.
