#asktheexperts My daughter is 3 years old. She has been complaining of constipation for the last three months. I have also consulted a pediatrician but I don't see any significant difference. so please help me for this query.

A. modification of food habits is important to avoid constipation than medicines. constipation is very common in babies most of the times due to less intake of water and liquids better to give fibre diet like green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits to the baby to avoid constipat
