#asktheexperts My daughter have loose motions 10 days before. motions controlled in 1 day. From them she is not eating properly. Her appatite reduced so much. Not showing intrest in food. how to increase appatite naturally

Namaste Mom, better to go slow on this , give her only as much she can take comfortably without been forced , you may give her fluids so coconut water , vegetable soup , butter milk, fresh juicy fruits etc give soft foods , dalia , idli, upma ,porridge etc
