#asktheexperts my daughter has just completed 8 yrs in Jan 2024, but still her weight is 23 kg and height is not up to the mark. can u pls advise me for her height gain.

Weight of your child is decent enough as per the current age of your child but yes if you feel height is less than sometimes it could totally be dependent upon the nutritional into the body sometimes kids don’t have proper proper diet they have some kind of a deficiency that can actually affect the growth of your child overall so you can check with your doctor can start with necessary supplements which your doctor advises
