Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy1 month agoA. Hello! It can be due to blocked tear duct. You can gently massage the area that is closer to the starting of the eye and the nose. That should reduce the discomfort to a larger extent. If you can get in touch with your paediatrician, he will guide you further.
