#asktheexperts my child is 19monthe old. but still he couldn't sleep silent in the night. from his birt h he never sleep silent in night. every night he want almost a 1 ltr of milk to drink by bottle . pls help me to suggest some food or something so I can make him sleep silent. whole day I gave him healthy diet. before sleeps also I feed him some food nd then he sleep.plz....

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello milk more than 500 ml can cause malnutrition in kids so it would be better to limit the amount of milk you give for the child and also make sure to give food well on the night so that it fills up your child stomach and the child will have good sleep also
