ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom kids as they grow they get quite playful and they don’t pay much attention to foods as well . So Inorder to do that would be ideal if you could make their meal time fun and interesting, read some age appropriate books, or engage them in toys. Give them foods from your plate and now their food should be usual family foods now
