#asktheexperts my boy is 5.5 months old. kindly advice me on the introduction to solids.

A. hello u can start with semi solid n liquid based food apart from bm after the baby complete 6 months n u can give home made Cerelac rice dal water ghee curd fruits n veggies puree etc
