Q.

#asktheexperts my baby two months old, always hiccups come. what to do. and main problem is he wamit milk immediately if he drinks faster.

A. hiccups in children occur due to gas which is present in the stomach. during the feeding process child takes air along with milk and that air goes inside the stomach which irritates leading to hiccups. z you have to offer feeding as well as do proper burping(for atleast 20 minutes) to decrease this problem and it is a szelf limiting problem during hiccups just give breastfeeding again and keep the child in upright position for burping which will stop the episode

A. It could be due to stomach reflux which is absolutely normal and common with kids are this year also sometimes when you go ahead with feeding your child every two hours actually end up over feeding the child and that is also this can happen
