#asktheexperts my baby's hemoglobin level was 10 before he fell askick, after the treatment his hemoglobin level is 8 the doctor suggested iron syrab but he refused to take it. I stopped giving the iron . instead of it I am giving pomogranate juice and drumstick leaves soup. do they increase my baby's hemoglobin. and how long does it take for improvement of it? pls let me know

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician10 months agoA. what is the age of yiur baby? you may continue offering iron rich food. but it is good to give iron supplement if he is having 8 gram hb.
