#asktheexperts my baby poop very small and dark after started solids. should I increase the quantity of food. I have been giving the same quantity for almost 2 months now after starting solids. please advice.

try to give everything in form of mashed soft purees.
offer lukewarm water every hour .

Yes You should definitely increase the amount every month because the appetite is going to increase also you should give really good amount of liquid diet to the child like water buttermilk and coconut water so that the motion is proper sometimes due to lack of water in the body also the motion can be small and a little hard
