Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treagtment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it cobuld be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

it seems normal
as such no need to worry
please give more and more breastfeeds
and provide natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more
avoid giving new food for now
keep your child well hydrated
maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
