Q.

#asktheexperts my baby is very active at night and doesn’t sleep at all. I feed her early at 7pm and only milk at 10 pm.. still very active and cries a lot to sleep

A. Avoid giving more of daytime nap to the child because this is also kids can sleep for 3 to 5 hours in the day which is why the night sleep gets hampered so make sure that your child does not sleep for a long stretch during the day and will eventually sleep early after getting tired
