#asktheexperts My baby is one year old he does drink milk as he only takes my feed.. iam worried about his calcuim intake how can i provide him caluim?

That’s okay that your child is taking breastfeeding the mother feeding is supposed to be really very strong and if you so much worried about the calcium supplement then you can ask your doctor and you can give us calcium supplement to the child also include more of daily products into your child’s daily diet and also try to slowly gradually include little bit of outside milk because when you quit breastfeeding it would be very helpful for you during that time
