#asktheexperts my baby is of 13 month's. what food I can give her for her better growth

A. for the child good Growth it is important that the child should get proper nutritional requirement including all green leafy vegetables dairy products and good amount of liquid. after 2 years of age you can give some powder like kids Pro/ prohance junior mix in milk twice a day for one or two months.

A. baby should take all foods, all kinds of food and vegetables as to get essential nutrients for healthy growth and development.. cereals whole grains proteins as chicken,eggs, pulses dal, milk and dairy products.. try making family food baby food also..
