#asktheexperts my baby is not sleeping in the evening and crying all the time, passing gas, and this happen at particular time everyday. doctor told it is due to colic. i need to know how we can reduce colic pain and also is it related to my diet

A. Namaste Mom, You can give colic aid to the baby , also yes it is directly related to your diet , avoid gas forming foods and prefer easy to digest foods.
